Endometriosis Suite

Demetra Application is an integrated web-server, designed to assist medical doctors and researchers in the process of diagnosing endometriosis. The application identifies the most probable gene variants causing endometriosis, by using the genomic data provided for the patient by a medical expert as a FASTA or VCF data file.

Web-based Application

Demetra Application is implemented a Web-server, using Windows, Apache, PHP, JavaScript, R and parallel computing architecture.
